Renegade Paws Rescue Turns 4 Years Old
Renegade Paws Rescue just turned 4 years old!
- Last year we completed 962 adoptions (compared to 365 our first year!)
- In 2022 we launched Renegade Claws which has provided much needed TNVR (trap, neuter, vaccinate, release) and brought into care nearly 100 kittens
- We surpassed over 750 spay and neuters of owned community pets in 4 years
- We started a capital campaign, bought a building, and moved in in January!
- So far in 2023 alone we have brought over 500 total animals into care, which brings us close to 3,000 saved since we began in 2019.
While those big numbers are impressive, the hard truth is that we are seeing high numbers of intakes and full shelters. It’s hard, we are tired, our volunteers and fosters are working around the clock.
This year we are hoping, in honor of 3,000 dogs saved, to raise $3,000 for our birthday to continue to support these efforts. Just $100 covers the spay or neuter of a community pet that will no longer have litters of puppies that come to rescue. That's a lot cheaper than the puppy pads on litter will go through!
